DP World and NLC Launch First Feeder Service from Jebel Ali to Karachi

DP World and National Logistics Corporation (NLC) launched the first-ever feeder service for shipment of containers connecting Jebel Ali Port in Dubai to Karachi and worldwide markets. This initiative marks an important development in Pakistan's logistics sector, strengthening its connectivity to regional and global markets.

            A ceremony to launch the service was held in Karachi. H.E Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Group Chairman and CEO of DP World, inaugurated the feeder service. Senior officials of DP World, NLC, and Port Qasim were present on the occasion.

According to details, a weekly feeder svc will be operated between Jable Ali - Karachi and back.

          This feeder service is set to change the trade dynamics by providing exporters and importers with a swift, reliable, and cost-effective solution for container shipments.

 The improved logistics efficiency will significantly enhance the ease and cost effectiveness of doing business. More than just a transportation link, this initiative will serve as a catalyst for economic growth of the region in general and Pakistan in particular.
