As per IRU press release published on 28th Feburary 2023, Pakistani operator National Logistics Corporation (NLC) has delivered essential relief items to people impacted by the devastating earthquake in Türkiye. A caravan of 21 trucks operated by NLC, a TIR carrier in Pakistan, transported humanitarian aid – including tents, blankets and other basic aid supplies – to Türkiye. The goods were transported via Iran, using the Islamabad-Tehran-Istanbul (ITI) corridor and the TIR system.
