Applied Technologies Institutes of NLC (ATINs) are one of the leading technical and vocational training service providers in Pakistan since 2003. ATINs executes CSR projects of NLC offering free vocational training with assistance of national and international organizations to contribute towards skill development of underprivileged youth. ATINs started with two institutes, one at Mandra and the other at Dina. The facility was later expanded to Amangarh, Nowshehra and Khairpur to advance the cause of skilled human resource capital at national level.
At ATINs, quality and objectivity in training are of paramount importance besides post training ‘Enabling Employment’. Through hands-on training, we endeavor to meet national and international standards in technical education.
ATINs are affiliated with National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) Pakistan and Provincial Technical Education and Vocational Training Authorities (TEVTAs). ATINs at Mandra and Dina are in process of acquiring international accreditation through NAVTTC. Prime Minister’s High-Tech Skills Centers (HSCs) are being established at Mandra, Dina and Amangarh.
Vocational and Technical Courses (3/6 months & 1 year duration) are being offered to students in more than 37 different trades which includes driving (HTV/ LTV), heavy machinery operators, automobile technologies, civil technologies, IT, hospitality and hotel management. ATINs are one of the few institutes in Pakistan offering courses of heavy machinery operator and mechanical equipment handling.
ATIN Mandra also offers 3 Year Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) Courses in Civil, Mechanical and IT.
