Construction of Bridge on Hub River restores Balochistan, Sindh connectivity
The National Logistics Corporation (NLC) constructed a vital bridge over the Hub River, which had been swept away by the devastating floods of 2022. The construction of the bridge in a difficult environment symbolizes NLC’s commitment to national development.
Linking the provinces of Balochistan and Sindh, the new bridge serves as a lifeline for commuters and trade, connecting key cities such as Karachi, Hub, Quetta and other important locations of the province. It has significantly reduced travel time and improved traffic flow along the N-25, ensuring smoother and faster transportation of goods and people.
Spanning 488 feet with two lanes, the bridge has become an important source of connectivity and economic growth. Despite facing difficult conditions and the scarcity of local resources, NLC's dedicated team worked round the clock to complete the project.
